The first floor is a pilotis and the second floor and above are office space. 3600mm grid is used for the elevation and plan. On the left side of the site is the Aoyama Tower Building (designed by Junzo Yoshimura, 7006), and on the right side is the Baisoin Building (designed by Kengo Kuma Architects, 0309). The exterior spaces and pilotis on both sides are continuous, creating an environment that is integrated with the surrounding area.
