This resort-type hotel consists of a total of 31 flat-type and maisonette-type guest rooms arranged in separate buildings on a site facing Negishi Bay. The guest rooms are constructed in units of container modules (40 feet in length and 8 feet 6 inches in height). The units are manufactured, including interior and exterior, at an overseas factory, transported by sea, and installed at the site.
