A serviced senior residence and a day service center are planned next to "yuichi nagashima clinic" in wakayama prefecture (0707 in this issue). the serviced residence is a three-story reinforced concrete building. the day service center is a two-story wooden structure. the clinic was completed 17 years after its design.
