As a part of tamagawa village's "tamagawa village lively town creation project," an elementary school that was closed in 2006 and built near a cliff was renovated as a base facility for tourists to stay in. the use of the building was changed to comply with the cliff ordinance through the arrangement of guest rooms and the greening of the cliff.
