- Since 2015, Okazaki City has been promoting the Otogawa Riverfront District Development Plan, the Otogawa Project (see pp. 88-89). The project aims to revitalize the city by redeveloping infrastructure such as the river, roads, and parks, and by collaborating with private businesses. OTO RIVERSIDE TERRACE" is a complex facility connected to the pedestrian deck extending from Higashi-Okazaki Station. The OTO RIVERSIDE TERRACE provides direct access to the Otogawa River Greenery and Meidaiobashi Park.
