- The complex consists of a 36-story high-rise tower, the 17-story Daiwa House Nagoya Building, and a low-rise commercial building between the two towers in the "Sasashima 24" redevelopment district located approximately 1 km south of Nagoya Station. It is planned to play a central role in the development of the area, which was once a logistics hub from the canal, as a new international welcome and exchange center. The surrounding area will include a television station, university, movie theater, and concert hall. The upper part of the high-rise building will house a hotel, and the lower part will house a convention hall for international conferences.
