This office building, located in Taisei Corporation's Technology Center, is an experimental and verification facility that aims to achieve both ZEB (Zero Energy Building) and comfort. The building is designed to be applicable to small and medium-sized urban offices, and a variety of technologies are being tested, including replaceable unit sashes with organic thin-film solar cell lighting and small displacement seismic isolation.
