- The building is a cultural and tourist center in front of Kaminarimon gate in Asakusa, which consists of a tourist information center, meeting rooms, multi-purpose spaces, exhibition rooms, etc. A public competition was held at the end of 2008 (Journal 0902). 7 houses are stacked and divided into 8 floors by roofs, and facilities are stored between the roofs.
