TOYO ITO MUSEUM OF ARCHITECTURE, IMABARI

Outline
This is an architectural museum built in a tangerine field on Omishima Island in the Seto Inland Sea to exhibit and archive Toyo Ito's works. The museum consists of two buildings: Steel Hut, a place for exhibitions, and Silver Hut, a place for workshops and other activities. The Steel Hut was built with a donation to Imabari City by the entrepreneur Atsuo Tokoro, and the Silver Hut was donated to the city by Toyo Ito.
