YUSUHARA WOODEN BRIDGE MUSEUM

Outline
This is an extension to the "Yusuhara Community Exchange Facility (now the Hotel on Cloud)" (see 9407), which was designed by Kengo Kuma & Associates in 1994, and serves as a passageway and museum connecting the "Hotel on Cloud" and the "Hot Springs on Cloud. The bridge is made of laminated Japanese cedar wood (180 x 300 mm) with 400 mm chopsticks protruding from the steel and wood pillars.
