- The memorial hall with a hall and seminar rooms was built as part of the 60th anniversary construction project. The exterior walls are covered with 9mm thick thermal barrier coated steel sheets and vertical lattices made of angles. The interior spaces are finished with exposed steelwork to express the charm and strength of the steel material itself.
