- The house is built on a slope with a panoramic view of the sea to the south. The floor height is adjusted to the front road on the north side, and the terrace and eaves are cantilevered against the slope down to the south. With the hall at the center, the workshop is located on the west side, and the water area on the east side, connected by a terrace.
