- The building is located in a residential area in the center of the city. In a quasi-fire zone, a "garden structure" with a wooden frame that is detached from the structure is inserted into the streetscape lined with three-story buildings covered with fireproofing. It brings out the life of the residents and creates a blank space in the townscape.
