Outline
The site is located at the tip of a peninsula. In order to prepare for natural disasters while taking in the blessed nature, a rectangular volume of RC construction extending about 30 meters long is arranged. A diagonal slit is cut from the west end by a large staircase that connects to the roof terrace.
