- Renovation of a built-for-sale house in a suburban residential area. The existing pillars and beams were reinforced and moved, while the existing bracing was removed and the perimeter was reinforced with structural plywood. As a result, the framework of the house can be easily renovated in the future, and partition walls can be freely installed.
